When Should You Take a Pregnancy Test?

Missed Period

The most common reason. A urine hCG test is highly accurate from the first day of a missed period. Come in first thing in the morning for the most sensitive result.

Early Pregnancy Symptoms

Nausea, breast tenderness, frequent urination, and fatigue can appear before a missed period. Blood hCG detects pregnancy earliest — from about 7 days post-conception.
