LH · FSH · Prolactin · Estradiol · Progesterone · Testosterone · TSH · Free T4 · Cortisol — a complete picture of your hormonal health in one visit.
Each hormone controls a different body system. Measuring them together reveals patterns that a single test misses.
LH (luteinising hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) regulate ovulation in women and sperm/testosterone production in men. Elevated FSH in women often signals diminished ovarian reserve; in men it suggests testicular failure.
Estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone govern reproductive health, mood, bone density, and libido. TSH and free T4 reveal thyroid status — thyroid dysfunction frequently mimics or worsens hormonal disorders.
Prolactin at high levels suppresses ovulation and causes irregular periods or milk production outside pregnancy. Cortisol (the morning stress hormone) when chronically elevated disrupts every other hormone axis and drives fatigue, weight gain, and insomnia.
Come in the morning (8–10 AM) after an 8-hour overnight fast. Cortisol peaks at this time; sex hormones are also more stable in the morning. For women, note your cycle day — day 2–5 for basal hormones, or day 21 for progesterone confirmation.
Tell us about oral contraceptive pills (suppress LH/FSH), hormone therapy, antipsychotics (raise prolactin), steroids, and biotin supplements (>5 mg/day interferes with immunoassays). Do not stop medications without doctor advice.
Avoid intense exercise and major stressors the evening before — both acutely raise cortisol and prolactin, which can skew results. Arrive 15 minutes early and rest seated before your sample is taken. Same-day results available.
Our automated platforms use chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) technology — the same method used in teaching hospitals — for all nine hormones.
Results include reference ranges adjusted for sex, age, and cycle day — not generic population norms. Abnormal flags are highlighted for easy clinical review.
Hormonal results are handled with the same discretion as STI results. Your report is shared only with you or your named clinician.

"I'd been told my hormones were 'fine' after a TSH-only test. Mascot ran the full panel and found my FSH was elevated and my estradiol low. That finally explained two years of irregular cycles."
