The fasting blood glucose component requires an 8-hour fast. Come in first thing in the morning having eaten nothing since the evening before. Water is permitted and encouraged.

Midstream Urine Sample
We provide a clean container for your urine sample on arrival. Provide a midstream clean-catch sample — urinate the first portion into the toilet, then collect the middle portion into our container.
