Mascot Healthcare is a walk-in clinic — you don’t need an appointment. Here’s how your first experience flows, from arrival to treatment:
- 1 Arrive at No 52 Sholanke Street, Akoka – Monday–Saturday, 9am – 5pm. Look for our blue/white signage.
- 2 Registration Desk: You’ll fill a simple form (name, contact). New patient registration card: ₦1,000 (covers you for future visits). Family card ₦2,000 covers all household members.
- 3 Wait briefly – average wait time is 5–20 minutes. Relax in our clean, air‑conditioned lounge.
- 4 Doctor consultation – discuss your symptoms, get examined, and receive diagnosis.
- 5 If tests/ultrasound needed: Our in-house lab or ultrasound suite is available immediately. Most results are ready within 24–48 hrs (rapid tests same day).
- 6 Payment & prescription: Pay via cash, card, or transfer. We’ll give you a prescription or dispense medication (if available). You can purchase from any pharmacy.
- 7 Follow-up: The doctor will advise if a return visit or telemedicine follow-up is needed.
