Examines centrifuged urine sediment under a microscope. Identifies red cells (kidney pathology), white cells (infection), casts (glomerulonephritis), crystals (stones), and bacteria, in detail not possible with a dipstick alone.

Grows any bacteria present to identify the exact organism (E. coli, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus, etc.) and tests which antibiotics will eliminate it. The only reliable way to guide UTI treatment, especially for recurrent or resistant infections.

Sample quality determines result quality: these steps take seconds but matter.

Midstream Clean Catch
Urinate the first portion into the toilet, then collect the middle portion in our clean container. This flushes urethral contaminants that would otherwise falsely indicate infection.

First Morning for Best Results
First-morning urine is most concentrated: giving the most sensitive result for protein, cells, and casts. If testing for UTI, any time is fine, but first-morning urine is ideal.

If you've taken antibiotics in the last 7 days, tell us. They can suppress bacterial growth and produce a false-negative culture result, leading to under-treatment.

Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Nigerian public holidays.
How should I prepare?

Can I come here in an emergency?
No. We don't handle emergencies. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, heavy bleeding or any other emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
Do you accept HMO or health insurance?
Not at the moment. You pay at the clinic by cash, card, POS or bank transfer.
