Lagos employers — banks, multinationals, oil and gas companies, civil service, and NYSC — require a documented medical clearance before onboarding. Our pre-employment panel covers all standard requirements with official stamped reports, available same-day across Lagos.
Lagos employers vary in what they require. Our standard pre-employment panel covers the most commonly requested investigations — and we can add or remove tests to match your specific employer's form.
Full Blood Count (FBC) — haemoglobin, WBC differential, platelets. Blood Group and Genotype (ABO/Rh typing + haemoglobin electrophoresis). Packed Cell Volume (PCV). These are the core haematological components required by all Lagos employers and NYSC.
HBsAg (Hepatitis B surface antigen), HIV-1/2 rapid antibody test, VDRL/RPR (syphilis serology). These are the three infectious disease markers most commonly required by Lagos employers for occupational health clearance. All handled with strict confidentiality.
Urinalysis (urine microscopy + dipstick) screens for kidney disease, diabetes (glucosuria), and urinary tract infection — all Lagos pre-employment standard. Fasting blood glucose and stool microscopy may be added for specific Lagos employers (food handlers, healthcare workers).
Bring the pre-employment medical form from your Lagos employer or NYSC registration sheet. This tells us exactly which tests are required for your specific Lagos employer — preventing unnecessary tests and ensuring nothing is missed that could delay your clearance.
Come in the morning after an 8-hour overnight fast if fasting blood glucose is part of your Lagos employer panel. Other tests (FBC, blood group, HBsAg, HIV, urinalysis) do not require fasting. Bring a urine sample (midstream, clean catch) or collect one on-site.
Most Lagos pre-employment tests are available same-day. Genotype by electrophoresis takes 24–48 hours. Plan a second visit or arrange electronic delivery of the genotype result — we will notify you as soon as all results are ready for your complete Lagos employment clearance.
Our results are printed on official laboratory headed paper with stamp, registration number, and authorised signatory — accepted by all Lagos banks, NYSC, civil service offices, and corporate employers.
Arrive in the morning; collect most of your results the same afternoon. Lagos job offers move fast — we ensure your medical clearance keeps pace with your onboarding timeline.
Employers legally cannot receive your HIV result directly — we provide a medical fitness certificate that confirms clearance without disclosing individual test results. Lagos patients control their own medical data.
