Lump Under the Armpit in Lagos — What It Could Be

Most armpit lumps are enlarged lymph nodes responding to an infection somewhere, or a blocked sweat gland. Both settle. The reason any new lump is examined is that lymph nodes also enlarge for reasons that need finding early, and an ultrasound distinguishes them quickly.
