General Consultation

Our general consultation service treats everyday non-emergency conditions, by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins. Please book before coming in. Open Monday-Saturday, 9AM-5PM. Every patient is seen by a general practitioner; we have no specialists on site.

Wait Time

Average 5-20 minutes during regular hours. Peak times: 10AM-12PM & 2PM-4PM.

What symptoms/conditions can be treated at a general consultation?

We treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions including: fevers, cold/flu, respiratory infections, skin rashes, minor injuries, UTIs, stomach issues, headaches, allergies, chronic condition follow-ups, and preventive care. For emergencies, visit a hospital.

Prescriptions: Immediately after consultation. Lab test results: 24-48 hours for routine tests, 3-5 days for specialized tests. Follow-up: Usually 3-7 days for acute conditions, 1-3 months for chronic conditions.

Can I bring family members? Pediatric care?

Yes! A family registration card covers all members. Pediatric care available for children of all ages. Well-child checks, immunizations, and sick visits. Privacy maintained during individual consultations. Elderly care with special attention.
