You need a functioning email address to complete your registration process

Click "Start Consultation" in your dashboard
Select consultation type and submit the request form.
The support team will contact you and confirm your requested consultation appointment

Consultation Approved
After your consultation has been approved, go to "My Consultation" to make payment and update your medical history

Prepare for your Teleconsultation
Depending on your selected communication medium, you will need a calm, well lit environment for your chat.
Find consultation notes and history under "My Consultation"
Find your necessary documents(eg. investigation forms, prescriptions, referral and requested medical records) under "My Downloads"
